DCA announces the upcoming Community Planning Institute for Planning and Zoning. The class is scheduled for Friday March 9 and Saturday March 10 in Covington, at the Center for Community Preservation and Planning. CPI-P&Z is a joint effort of DCA and the Georgia Planning Association.
